The result of thousands of hours of testing as well as many dynamic tests is a fan with a better noise to Airflow ratio compared to other fans. The reduced motor size paired with the perfectly computed and designed fan blades as well as the silicone vibration absorbers contribute to the extremely low noise levels. The special front-pointed fan blade design increases the static pressure and increases Airflow compared to other Silent-fans of multiple manufacturers. Additionally the SilenX fans also achieve a better ventilation of areas that otherwise remain uncooled. The reduced motor size and the conical shape of the motor's cover allow a larger fan blade surface and therefore lead to a better aerodynamic performance whilst reducing the so-called ''Hotspot'' at the same time.
