The Aquastream XT gives the option to flash a new Firware for the control unit. The easiest way to do so is with an attached aquabus. If this is not possible this compact Flash adaptor can be used.

For flashing the USB-connector of the pump has to be connected to the Mainboard and the Aquabus connector has to be connected to this flash adaptor.

The Updating software is ready for download on our Website and has to be executed with Administrator rights (also under XP). The software does not work on Vista 64 Bit systems.
The Flash software initialises the pump after a firmware is selected. The pump thereafter blinks rapidly. The Flashing procedure takes, depending on the computer, between 2 and 5 minutes. During this the pump runs in its emergency operation mode. Afterwards the pump has to be rebooted.
